A true adventure for beginers and experienced in Yoga, Meditation and surfing!  

You will love this retreat, with Mark Hughes (my husband), who is an expert at breath hold course facilitation and surfer and myself guiding you to find flow and flexibility through yoga and meditation as well as practical stress hacking techniques that you can take home and continue to practice building resilience and grit. This immersion will be an inner and fun adventure you will never forget.

I will share with you techniques to manage the automatic unhelpful brain reactions and understand how to control it and make it work for you best. Keep ongoing stress at bay for a life time, we will help you to integrate what you learnt into you every day life and offering you ongoing tips for you to continue applying until the new habits are in place.

When you remove yourself from your environment, you have more chances to learn new habits and routines that will sustainably balance your life.
